We are excited to announce the theme of this year's Annual Meeting, which is 'Tropical Medicine and Global Health: Priorities for the next five years'.
Our 2023 Annual Meeting will bring together members, Fellows and supporters from around the world to share knowledge and encourage new collaborations. The event will be held on Thursday 28 September and Friday 29 September at Conway Hall in London, UK.

Call for abstracts: Annual Meeting 2023
At this year's Annual Meeting, poster presentations and 15 minute “turbo talks” will be selected from abstracts submitted by members and Fellows, completing a programme of talks by invited speakers. Members and Fellows are invited to submit an abstract on any research relating to the theme of priorities for the next five years in tropical medicine and global health.
We are hoping to focus a part of the meeting on the following topics and so abstracts on these are encouraged:
- Health and conflict
- Health security
- Financing international health
- Refugee health
- Drug resistance
- Pandemic preparedness
These presentations should contain new knowledge in the field of tropical medicine and global health. All selected abstracts will appear in the conference booklet. The deadline for submissions is 09:00 BST on 5 June 2023.
